The only information we collect is what you type into our estimate form: your name, phone number, town, an optional email address, and any project details you choose to share.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as payment details or identification numbers through this website.

We use your information for one purpose: to contact you about your estimate request and to talk through the work you asked about.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list or newsletter.

Estimate requests are sent to our own email inbox and read by the owner. We share information with a service provider only where it is required to deliver that email to us.

We keep estimate requests as long as they are useful for quoting and completing work, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
